Pomelo Focus Subscription Terms
1. Free trial. Your 7-day free trial starts when you sign up. At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to the Pro Monthly plan and you will be charged $29.99 per month unless you cancel before the trial ends.
2. Billing. The Pro Monthly plan is billed monthly and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Prices are shown in USD, e.g. $29.99, and include applicable taxes where required.
3. Minimum term. The Pro Monthly plan has a minimum commitment period of three (3) months starting on the first paid billing date. You may not cancel before the end of the minimum commitment period without paying an early termination fee.
4. Early termination. If you cancel during the minimum commitment period, an early termination fee of $300 will be charged to your payment method on file.
5. How to cancel. Cancellation requests must be received at least 14 days before your next billing date and must be submitted in writing to support@example.com.
6. Refunds. All fees are non-refundable, including partial months.
7. Privacy. We care about your privacy and describe how we use data in our Privacy Policy.
